Agreement

By accessing or using abbox ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of use. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

abbox helps teams connect GitHub repositories and view structured maps of their product based on repository content. Features may change as we improve the product. Early access may be limited or invite-only.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

GitHub and your content

You retain ownership of your code and data in connected repositories. You grant us the rights needed to access repositories you connect and to process that content solely to provide the Service. You must have the right to connect each repository and must comply with GitHub's terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our systems;
• Interfere with other users or overload the Service;
• Reverse engineer the Service except where law permits.

Our intellectual property

abbox, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PRODUCT MAPS AND OUTPUTS ARE DERIVED FROM YOUR CODE AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
